Harness Configuration & Cost-Down
We configure and extend a proven agent harness for your work (instructions, skills, tools, permissions, routing, verification) and measure the result.
The problem
Much of an agent's quality comes from how its harness is configured, and changes are usually made without measurement.
What we do
- Configure an existing harness or agent SDK rather than building one from scratch: instructions, skills, tool permissions, model routing and verification steps
- Route steps to cheaper or local models where they hold quality on your tests
- Before/after comparisons on an agreed test suite, one change at a time
What you receive
- Harness changes and a comparison report
What you provide
- Repository and configuration access
Limits
- Because we change the agent, our evaluations of it are internal evaluations, never independent
Results describe behavior within the tested scope and configuration. They give you independent evidence for security reviews, audits and compliance work; certification itself is issued by accredited bodies.

Pilot deliveries are scoped in writing, tell you it is an early delivery, and follow the same review and evidence rules as any engagement.
